Anthony Haynes traveled to Milwaukee County House of Correction in Wisconsin to provide CCEF presentations to the offenders in fourteen different offender housing units. The offenders were briefed of JPAY being the foundations corporate sponsor to include being educated on the importance of their participation to help the foundation give the children of the incarcerated a path of education to travel on verses a path of incarceration. The offenders at the Milwaukee County House of Correction were very appreciative of JPAY helping their families and giving back to the world of corrections. The inmates donated $1,919.88 so far and pledged to donate every quarter to the foundation.
June 23-4 July 2014
Anthony Haynes traveled to eleven New Mexico Department of Corrections prisons and provided CCEF presentations to the offender population. Once the CCEF brochures and flyers were handed out and they saw the JPAY logo, they commented on how much they appreciated that JPAY was actually helping in sending their kids to college. They pledged to create offender fund raising groups so they could donate to the foundation each quarter. New Mexico DOC offenders donated $4,877.06
July 20 – 12 August 2014
Anthony Haynes traveled to twenty-three Colorado Department of Corrections prisons and provided CCEF presentations to the offender populations. All of the offenders were thankful for the foundation and wanted to donate to help in getting the kids off the street and in school. Many of the offenders pledged to give their state pay check once a month to the foundation. The offenders in Colorado donated $2,133.84 so far.
