Percy Pitzer, CCEF Founder and Anthony Haynes, CCEF Executive Director, participated in the American Association Corrections conference held in Tampa, Florida.

February 10-12, 2014

Percy Pitzer and Anthony Haynes traveled to Milwaukee Wisconsin to meet with Milwaukee Area Technical College Board members to discuss a possible partnership on a new program called (Right Path Program).  The Right Path Program was initiated between Creative Corrections Education Foundation and Milwaukee Area Technical College which entails placing students of the incarcerated who have dropped out of high school back into school so they could obtain a GED.  The first seven candidates began classes in October 2014.

February 17-19, 2014

Percy Pitzer and Anthony Haynes traveled to four Ohio Prisons (London, Madison, Chillicothe, Ross Department of Corrections), to conduct CCEF presentation to the offender population.  The offenders were very excited about donation to the children of the incarcerated. 

CNN filmed a segment during the presentation and the offenders donated $2,500.00 towards CCEF scholarships.
