CCEF Welcomes a New Board Member

CCEF welcomes Bette M. S. Inch, MSCP, CA, Senior Victim Assistance Advisor for the Department of Defense, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office.
She is a subject matter expert on crime victim care in the military jurisdiction and has over 20 years’ experience serving military crime victims. Ms. Inch holds a Masters of Science Degree, in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University, Hawaii, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cum Laude, in Psychology from Hawaii Pacific University. She also holds a paralegal certification from Brigham Young University. Ms. Inch is a trained Department of the Army Inspector General, and a Credentialed Advanced Advocate with the designation of Comprehensive Victim Intervention Specialist from the National Advocate Credentialing Program and holds a Level IV Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certification (D-SAACP).
